Jim Nail
My path to co-founding Integra led through a pretty amazing set of prior business experiences. I worked in international finance for most of my career, advising some of the world's biggest and most demanding investors (the likes of Deutsche Bank and Soros Fund Management). Hedge funds, the Economist Magazine and even a couple of Russian oligarchs hired me to help with their business and investment challenges.
It was an extraordinary learning experience, but all that time I was straining at the leash, not quite satisfied with what I had. I was looking for independence.
And I finally found it here, as a partner and business owner since 2012.
So I understand the need for independence, for being your own boss. I understand the fear that goes along with it, too. I'll give you every trace of my effort and expertise, to help make your dream of independent business ownership come true.

I’ve spent most of my career in the investment business: leading a top ranked research team at one of the world’s largest investment banks, starting my own investment company and two boutique financial advisory firms. Along the way I’ve also launched other non-financial businesses ranging from a property management company to a movie merchandising business. I have enjoyed the fruits of success and experienced the disappointments of failure - and have learned to embrace and benefit from both equally. Having lived and worked in different countries, I understand that different people have different needs, preferences and opinions. Now I bring all my experiences together to work with my clients in conducting thorough research on franchise opportunities so that they can identify the ones that suit them best and offer the quality of life they seek.
